Mazda opens 85th outlet in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: In the lieu of expanding its reach in the local market, Mazda has recently opened its next outlet in the country. The authorized distributor of the Mazda vehicles is the Bermaz Motor and they launched the outlet in 3S Centre in Jelutong, Penang on August 9, 2018. It is strategically built at one of the busiest roads of Penang to ensure that the customers can easily access the outlet from mainland and island of Penang. The company intends on strengthening its market in Penang and thus, the outlet was built.

It takes up an area of 2,242.5 square meters and is built on the land whose area is 3,715.4 square meters, which makes it one of the biggest outlets of Mazda in Malaysia. The company is becoming popular worldwide and the number of customers willing to invest in the company has increased incredibly. In order to meet with the huge sales demand and cater to the after sales services, this outlet was opened.

The showroom can display a maximum of 14 Mazda vehicles at a time. There are seven work bays equipped in this 3S centre which can service 500 vehicles every month. This is done to ensure all the repair and maintenance jobs are done full-fledged for customer satisfaction. The technicians have been trained to look after the vehicles and cater to the customer services that should be provided.

Bermaz Motor expressed that the company focuses on giving peaceful ownership experience to its buyers. The outlet provides space for purchasing to ownership. It is the solution to meet with the sales, financing, car trade and even services required for maintenance and repairing. Also, the customers will avail free after-sales services i.e, they don't have to pay any bucks for maintaining their huge investment.

It is situated on 180, Jalan Jelutong, George Town and it is going to be the 85th Mazda outlet nationwide and 43rd Mazda 3S centre. It will be open all days except Sundays or any other public holidays from 9 am-7 pm.
