Volkswagen Malaysia 18th 3S centre inaugurated in Inaman, Sabah

KUALA LUMPUR: Volkswagen Malaysia along with Kota Bumi Sdn Bhd inaugurated the 18th 3S centre in Inaman, Sabah. The new Kota Bumi 3S centre in Inaman will be the only authorised dealer of Volkswagen in Sabah region. So, it will serve as an essential service centre for Volkswagen owners residing in Kota Kinabalu, Menggatal, Lintas, Tuaran, Kolombong, Sepanggar, and Inaman.

Located in Taman Perindustrian Harmoni, the new Volkswagen Kota Bumi 3S centre can provide service to 16 vehicles on a daily basis. The centre expands over three floors, and there is a sales area, which can display two cars. The repair services and aftersales maintenance would be done via four service bays.

While inaugurating the new Volkswagen 3S centre in Inaman, Mr. Carlwin Yee, Dealer Principal of Kota Bumi Sdn Bhd, explained why there was a need for opening a 3S centre. He stated “We started as a 2S service centre but we saw a rise in the demand for Volkswagen cars, and we took the opportunity to further expand and build the Volkswagen brand here in the region. We also relocated to a new and strategic area to cater to this demand, and to better serve our existing customers.”

In addition to this, Mr. Erik Winter, Managing Director of VPCM also mentioned that to build a strong brand reputation customer satisfaction is a critical factor and the new 3S centre is a step forward the same direction. He also congratulated Kota Bumi for its commitment and dedication in constructing the Volkswagen brand in Sabah.

Volkswagen Kota Bumi 3S centre operating hours are from - 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Sunday is a weekly-off.
