Paid over RM 72,000 and received a damaged rear shock
It is strange auto giants and seasoned campaigners like Suzuki end up delivering a faulty product to their customers. Moreover, that too a bike a that costs in excess of RM 72,000. Within six months of buying my Suzuki GSX S 1000, the rear shock failed and had to be replaced. The trouble did not end there, as the replacement unit also gave up in a matter of two months. The bike was under warranty and I could have kept getting the unit replaced but decided to get an aftermarket fitment for a hassle-free experience. The aftermarket shock that I got installed is still going great after over a year.
