Considered as the country’s biggest auto show, the Malaysia Autoshow is up and running since 2010. For the year 2019, Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS), which is the largest showground in the country will host this massive auto event. The show is scheduled for 11th to 14th April, so sit tight as we take you through this impeccable journey. Every year since its inception, the Malaysia Autoshow has proved its worth by encouraging sales. Every year around a thousand plus bookings are made at the show taking the total sales value to over RM 50 million. Also, with the massive number of car launches and showcasing, the show attracts over 80,000 visitors every year, thus making it a big deal in the industry.
One of the main objectives of the Malaysian Autoshow is to promote local auto entrepreneurs products and services. Also, the showcasing of Energy Efficient Vehicles, sustainable mobility tech, and advances in the area of vehicle safety and comfort are among its primary attractions. Many brands, both local and international have confirmed their participation, included in the list are Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Mazda, Nissan, Peugeot, Toyota, Kia, Mitsubishi, Honda, Vespa, Ducati, Perodua, and Proton. The theme of this year's auto show is ‘Mobility for All’ thus bringing in a wide range of showcasing from hatch to SUVs, turbo to EVs at the show. Apart from the obvious car launches and previews, the 2019 Malaysia Autoshow has more to offer to the visitors like AR & VR experience, go-karting, robotics workshop, 4x4 off-road experience and more. In addition, special offers will be running on bookings, and visitors hold a chance to win amazing offerings like Perodua Myvi, Kia Picanto, Vespa S 125, and Perodua Bezza. All four halls - A, B, C, and D plus the outside exhibit area of the MAEPS are a part of the 2019 Malaysia Autoshow showcasing. While hall A and B are assigned to the automakers, the C and D are designated locations for International Automodification (IAM) and automotive value chain, respectively.
