Stiff ride quality, poor-quality interior

I purchased the Lexus RX thinking it represents the highest quality of Japanese cars. However, my perception of this vehicle was completely wrong. In reality, it is one of the worst cars I have ever driven in my entire life. It may captivate you with its design but when you drive it you’ll feel cheated. The interior has poor quality finishes and everything seems to be chipping off. Maybe, this issue has happened only with my car but I have spent a good amount of money, and having such a poor experience at the start of the ownership journey is something nobody can even expect.
