Jack of All Trades. Master of comfort. Perfect family truck

Replaced my previous trouble hungry local Segment C sedan with the Nav in 2018. Still using it until now. Good: - Cheapest full spec considering rebates more than rm 10k - Good FC especially on longer drives. 8.4 L/100 km (90% city drive) and have gone to use ~35L for 700km from Danga Bay to Padang Serai - Most comfortable ute for driver and all occupants, hands down due to rear springs and rear aircond (not just blower) - Powerful engine and pickup - Pretty good offroad. Just need to change to MT tires - It is a jack of all trades(ranks either 2 or 3 out of top 5 in all areas), master only at comfort - Pretty cheap to maintain. Second only to DMax - Lots of space to store stuff even underseat - 360 View Cam makes maneuvering in parking and tight spots easier Bad: - Slingshot feeling when accelerating but not a big issue for me - No Rear Diff Locker(improved in 2021 Pro4X) - Bad turning rate (improved in the 2021 version) - Still using the older 2.5L Y25 engine (but its a solid engine). High roadtax - Not as easy getting accessories compared to other trucks - Low resale value (i dont know why, whereas i see more older D22 and D40 Navaras on the road. They actually last longer than some others) - Rear seats feel slightly upwards (improved in the 2021 version) - Thin paint (improved in the 2021 version) To Improve: - 2.3L Engine (although the YD25 is pretty bulletproof). But for Roadtax purpose - Adaptive Cruise Control - ready setting for Eco, Normal & Sport - Better handling and turning rate - Door handles to climb in for all sides - Left passenger cup holder just like the driver's side - Euro standard fit and finish
