Doesn’t it look kind of solid? The feeling hasn’t gone down even after 4 months since I got her. While I did want the manual tranny, Proton did the unthinkable and got in only the automatic. I have never ever driven automatics before and it has been a learning curve with the Preve. The need to keep your left leg folded always is growing on me. The Proton’s brakes are something that I like the most. They are super sharp. The AC too is super chilly. The automatic gearbox has taken away a lot of my worry. Especially while parking or if I may stall the car at a traffic light. It hasn’t affected the efficiency surprisingly. My earlier Proton was a manual hatch and it returned nearly the same figures as this turbo petrol and CVT combination.
