While I was planning to buy the R 1250 GS, I changed my decision when BMW Motorrad introduced the R 1250 GS Adventure in the Malaysian market. I am really happy to own this and since my sole purpose of buying an adventure tourer was to go to adventurous rides and off-roading tours, the bike has served me pretty well. The bike comes with a lot of design modifications and upgrades making it a far better package than most other tourers in the segment. The new Eco riding mode, Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), and BMW Integral ABS Pro which come as standard enhance the adventure experience.
