This sport-touring motorcycle was recently launched in the Malaysian market and comes priced at RM 88,888. Powering this motorcycle is a KTM-derived liquid-cooled V-twin 1,279 cc engine that makes 140 hp of power at 8,500 rpm and 120 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. The engine comes paired with a six-speed gearbox equipped with a slipper clutch and up-and-down quick shifts with chain final drive. The standard kit includes a 12.3-inch TFT LCD, three ride modes, cruise control, hill hold control, lane assist, heated grips etc. The 1250 TR-G competes directly against the Suzuki GSX-S1000 GT and the BMW Motorrad R1250RT in Malaysia.

The CFMoto 1250 TR-G is the flagship grand-touring motorcycle from the Chinese manufacturer. It’s designed to challenge premium rivals with value proposition. It’s a product from a collaboration with Kraftfahrzeuge Trunkenpolz Mattighofen (KTM) that combines high-end components, touring ergonomics and advanced electronics in a single package.
CFMoto 1250 TR-G Design
The 2025 CFMoto 1250 TR-G sports an authoritative touring silhouette. It gets a full front fairing, deep side panels and a long, flowing tail. The fuel tank is sculpted. The broad beaver-tail lends the bike its flagship presence. Crisp panel lines and neatly integrated vents make the 2025 CFMoto 1250 TR-G look expensive and coherent from all angles. There’s an electrically adjustable windscreen in the front and a layered fairing that channels airflow around the rider and legs. It’s good for long-distance comfort. The two-wheeler gets all-around LED lighting with distinctive daytime running signature. The lower chin spoilers and winglet-like elements add to the aerodynamics. The adjustable screen along with the fairing geometry reduces rider fatigue on highways. On the sides, the bike gets large integrated colour-matched hard panniers, a spacious pillion seat and a broad rear foot-plant. The 2025 CFMoto 1250 TR-G runs on 17-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels.
