If you're an emission-conscious city commuter, you can definitely go for the BMW CE 04. It is boldly styled and seems to be a part of a sci-fi movie. The single battery module and compact motor take up very little space leading to a lower seat with optimum space to fit a touring helmet. At the rear, it is more compact than a conventional scooter. One thing that you'll like the most is how quietly and smoothly it carves through rush hour traffic. It takes four hours to fully charge the battery.
