I haven't owned the Honda NX 500 for that long and haven't covered lots of distance on it, but I would like to give my early impressions of it. So far, I like the bike, but in my opinion few things could be better. The seat is my main complaint. It is not the worst, but within a couple of hours, my bum gets sore. The padding on the seat is too thin. The wind protection is also not that good. Maybe I will have to buy an aftermarket deflector or screen to improve things. I think the Honda NX 500 is most at home on secondary highways and paved backroads.
