I mainly purchased the Yamaha Y16ZR Doxou as a secondary bike. I wanted to use it mainly for casual escapes from the city and weekend rides. For long-distance touring, I already had a larger bike, but this time I wanted something less demanding, more agile, and lighter for fun rides — and honestly speaking, the Yamaha Y16ZR Doxou has exceeded every expectation in every way. Whether carving corners on hilly terrain or riding through twisty backroads, this bike impresses with its handling. It responds well to every movement, feels planted in turns, and is forgiving even if I make minor mistakes.
