For suburban and urban riding, the character of the Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST splits opinion. It is surprisingly manageable in stop-and-go because the throttle and clutch allow fine control, but this motorcycle’s wet weight and sheer physical size make filtering and tight parking manoeuvres a bit of a chore. The forward ergonomics and seating position put you in a laid-back stance that is very comfortable for cafe runs and short errands, though if you don’t shift your position, the solo saddle starts to nag after a few hours. I really love the tactile controls.
