2026 Triumph Trident 660 launched in Malaysia at RM 47,900
KUALA LUMPUR: Didi Group, the official distributor of Triumph motorcycles in Malaysia, has introduced the all-new 2026 Triumph Trident 660 in the country. The upgraded bike benefits from significant mechanical updates along with bold new colour options, making it a much sportier choice in the mid-range category.

Price
The new Triumph Trident 660 is priced at RM 47,900 (excluding road tax, insurance, and registration) in Malaysia. Included in the price is a two-year unlimited mileage warranty against manufacturing defects.
Colours and graphics
The bike comes with slightly revised body panels and in one standard and two premium colour choices, viz.
- Standard colours - Snowdonia White
- Premium colours - Cosmic Yellow and Stone Grey
Featuring a neo-retro roadster design, the Trident 660 features minimalist graphics on the chiselled fuel tank with clean stripes, lending the bike a premium look. Subtle branding elements can also be found on the handlebar clamp, headlight, and taillight.
Engine and transmission
The new Trident 660 is powered by an upgraded 660-cc triple engine that generates a maximum power of 95 hp and a peak torque of 68 Nm. This represents an increase of 15 hp and 4 Nm over the outgoing model, elevating its cruising performance to the next level. Power is sent to the wheels via a 6-speed manual gearbox, mated to a wet, multi-plate slip-and-assist system and a chain final drive.
Electronics package
The upgraded riding electronics package includes cornering ABS, traction control, an up-and-down quickshifter, and cruise control. Available driving modes are Rain, Road, and Sport. Offering the rider all driving-related information is a full-colour TFT display with smartphone connectivity.
Suspension and braking
The new Triumph Trident 660 promises agile, confidence-inspiring handling, thanks to chassis refinements. Based on a tabular steel perimeter frame, it comes equipped with Showa 41 mm USD front forks and Showa rear monoshock with preload and rebound adjustability.
The braking setup comprises twin 310 mm discs with Nissin two-piston callipers at the front and a single 255 mm disc with a Nissin single-piston calliper at the rear.
