Cruiser and roadster
The BMW S1000 R is the roadster version of the S1000 RR. And obviously the former shares a number of components with the S1000 RR. It’s an impressive performer in liter-class engine bikes and performs best when going down straight. But surprisingly, turning corners is even better. The tires offer great grip and the deceleration is extremely well timed. This makes the S100 RR a good motorcycle for city roads as well. I would have loved to own the bike, but the price put me off. I’m into weekend long drives and this would have been the best bike. But alas!
