Aprilia Track Day and Modclass to be held on September 9

KUALA LUMPUR: One circuit, two motorbike events. September is going to be a fun time for motor enthusiasts all around Malaysia. As Didi Resources along with other known distributors is organising track day. The said event is divided into two parts; one concern to the owners of Aprilia bikes and other inviting individuals with modern classic bikes. As can be guessed from the names, the former one is the part of Aprilia Track Day, while Mordenclass Speedway sponsored by Moto Guzzi will entertain the later.

This will be the first event part-organised by Didi Resources Sdn Bhd after being recently announced as the new official distributor of Aprilia. Thus showing their commitment to rejuvenate the brand to the best of their ability.

All you need to know about Aprilia Track Day -

• The 2018 Aprilia Track Day is open for all brand customers, be it new or old
• Participants can choose between three different categories - Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. For each of these categories, two sessions would be allotted
• The entry fee of RM 220 include door gifts, track time, and refreshments
• Participants can also rent racing suits for RM 330 (including boots and gloves)
• A full face helmet is a must to carry by all riders

Time to learn about the Modclass Speedway @ SIC

• Unlike Aprilia Track Day, the Modclass is open for all modern classic bikes and is organised by Moto Guzzi Malaysia
• With an entry fee of RM 250 comes inclusive track usage (2 session x 30 mins), safety riding tips by Ong Kah Beng, riding guide by a certified marshal, food and beverage, and certificate of attendance
• A full-face helmet is mandatory

These two events running simultaneously will be an excellent opportunity to see some budding motorbike racing talent in the country. And imagine the fun of seeing and hearing the V-Fours and V-Twin moving side by side on the track. Plus, once and for all it would be decided which is the fastest modern classic bike present in the country.
