New BMW Motorrad 3S showroom opens in Shah Alam

KUALA LUMPUR: BMW Motorrad’s long-standing dealer partner, Chear Motorrad, has opened the doors of its newly relocated centre in Shah Alam. This is the first-ever BMW Motorrad New Retail Brand Experience in the country, aimed at serving the growing BMW Motorrad community in a better way.

The new showroom, located at No. 33 & 35, Jalan 15/23, Taman Perindustrian Tiong Nam, marks a new chapter in Chear Motorrad’s journey and promises to deliver enhanced customer engagement and expanded touchpoints in sales, service, and support.

New BMW Motorrad Showroom: Key highlights

• Relocated from Puchong to Shah Alam, the new BMW outlet spans across 540 square meters and offers a complete Sales, Service, and Spare Parts (3S) experience under one roof.
• Designed as a lifestyle hub, the outlet enables motorcycle enthusiasts to explore the extensive portfolio of BMW Motorrad, service their motorcycles, or connect with the growing riding community. 

• This enhanced facility is the first-ever BMW dealership in Malaysia that fully integrates the BMW Motorrad New Retail Brand Experience, reflecting the brand’s passion for performance, lifestyle, and personalised service.
• It offers customers a welcoming environment to relax and interact with a new dedicated service reception and coffee bar.
• The service centre features 10 working bays, providing BMW owners with the highest standard of care for their motorcycles and complete peace of mind.

• Chear Motorrad Shah Alam is manned by a team of 40 professionals across sales, service, marketing, and support.
