Enjoyable and quite fun to drive (especially with the top down), but service centre and quality checking to improve.

Bought it on August, really did enjoyed this vehicle. Although ride may be too bumpy on imperfect road conditions but it is acceptable, just make sure to drive a little slow for safety and prevent damages to the underbody of the vehicle on roads that are imperfect. The BMW Z4 30i engine is quite responsive and provides you with the power when you need it! Overtaking vehicles are somehow quite effortless and driving on cornering roads are enjoyable. It is also very stable, driving at 140km/hr just feels like driving at 100km/hr (on highway). Driving up to 180km/ hr still gives you confidence in handling and still is very stable on highway. One thing that bothers me is that when I sent in my vehicle for repair of (a minor) defected part from factory, after replacing the defected part the service centre caused damages to my vehicle. Settle one, another problem came, then settled, then another problem came. The defect is considered to be unacceptable because this vehicle cost RM 479,000.00 (without on-the-road). Other than that, the whole vehicle works just fine with no issues. My current mileage is 2000km. Interior built quality is superb, but some parts may be annoying as they feel a little cheap. You won't be able to notice the cheap parts unless if you really literally touch every single surfaces in the cabin. For those who are interested on buying this vehicle, please consider these: 1) You must have another practical vehicle to fit more people and store more stuff (this new Z4's boot size is enough for 2 to travel simple). Unless if you are single or couple with no children. But you may need another vehicle so that your parents could fit in on some occasions. 2) Expecting to have a bumpy ride all the way should be expected. 3) Consider carefully and don't regret after buying a vehicle that is worth almost half a million on-the-road. A careless decision may bring you to thoughts of alternatives which may be better or more practical. 4) Noise insulation may not be as good as a coupe/ sedan, but I personally think that the noise insulation for this Z4 is already very good.
