2021 Mazda BT-50 benefits from several accessories
KUALA LUMPUR: After teasing the next-gen BT-50 for a while, Mazda finally revealed the pickup-up truck in June 2020. And to our delight, it was not based on the Ford Ranger but had the underpinning and running gears of the new Isuzu D-Max. It features a sleeker exterior, thanks to the Kodo design theme, along with a plush cabin. And now, Mazda is all set to make the already mean-looking BT-50 ever meaner!
The company has released one of the several upgrades for the 2021 BT-50, the Queensland Bar. Designed by Mazda Australia, these bars are made up of steel and spread in black. According to the designers, these bars are created and built with heavy-duty applications in mind. So, be it muddy terrain or dirt trails, these bars can overcome all.
Mazda is also offering a unique sports bar on the pickup's bed. It features a BT-50 logo and is designed to work alongside the tonneau cover. So, the customers can install the bars without sacrificing on a proper bed for the BT-50.
The new Mazda BT-50 accessory list also includes - a range of alloy wheels, a roof rack, additional lighting mounts, and step boards.
Wait, that's not all that Mazda has planned for the 2021 BT-50. In October, when it will be launched in Australia, the automaker says there will be 100+ accessories on offer for the pickup.
Stay tuned with Zigwheels for all the latest updates on the new Mazda BT-50.
