Mazda, the Japanese auto manufacturer has an illustrious history of engineering innovation. The BT-50 is an athletic, powerful and compact pickup truck from the vault of Mazda's powerful engineering. Empowered with 2 powerful and economical engines, the BT-50 looks to be a sporty and all-muscle mini truck which gives a passenger car like comfort .The BT50 is available in two variants i.e with 2.2-litre and 3.2-litre diesel engines, delivering comfort alongside amazing off-road performance.
The interiors of Mazda BT50 resembles a mid-sized sedan. The front is provided with leather steering with audio switches and Bluetooth handsfree calling functionality. The dashboard houses ample controls and is provided with a contemporary styling including the automatic dual zone air conditioner. The fabric seats are comfortable to say the least and the drive is embedded with MID display at the front of steering wheel. 2-DIN stereo system takes care of your infotainment requirements and the door handles filled with chrome adds to the aesthetics of the car.
The Mazda BT-50 looks like an action packed, compact and muscular small truck which gives aggressive looks and a raw feel to catch the onlookers eyes. The designing is impressive for a dedicated pick-up for loading vehicle along with great styling. The gray front grille looks all muscle, and the side-skirting and headlamps embed the drive with a sense of panache. The cargo space is ample, enough for a double-cab variant. Overall, the dimensions of Mazda BT-50 measure 5365 mm x 1850mm x 1821 mm. (L x W x H) The wheelbase of Mazda BT-50 measure 3220mm.The cargo deck dimensions are 1549 mm in length, 1560 mm wide and 513 mm in height.
Mazda, in the Malaysian market offers this action packed, powerful beast in two variants, one with a 2.2-litre common rail diesel engine which generates 150 PS maximum power output at 1500 rpm alongside a maximum torque output measuring 375 Nm between 1500 to 2500 rpm. The top-end 3.2-litre variant comes embedding a five-cylinder diesel engine which is more powerful delivering 200 PS maximum power at 1750 rpm alongside 470 Nm of torque between 1750 rpm to 2500 rpm. The 2.2-litre variant is available in manual and auto gear transmissions whereas with the 3.2-litre engine embedded you get hold of automatic transmissioPricen only. The BT-50 powerhouse also gives a decent mileage of 10.8 km/l .

Overall, Mazda BT50 is a powerful mean machine with attractive features and basic comfort features of an SUV. As, such it is tremendously useful for long on and off-road conditions with a high torque output, however it lacks the exterior styling provided in the same price range by competitors, which is a certain disadvantage.
My Mazda BT-50 is a decade old and still offers a commendable performance every time. I have used it extensively. While the car is showing the signs of aging, its lifetime is still far from over. The BT-50 is a very practical pickup truck. Since my car is old, it doesn’t have the latest tech features. But that hasn’t really
I am writing this review after having owned the Mazda BT-50 for almost a year now. So far, the experience has been great as this car has not shown any signs of a major default, just regular servicing. I find this car to be one of the best offerings in the market for the price tag it comes in. The

It was good money, plus I wasn't much good in academics so I decided to stick with something I am good at. Last year the business did pretty well and I thought of purchasing another car to upgrade my business. I was hearing
