2025 SYM ADXTG 400 launched in Malaysia at RM 29,888

KUALA LUMPUR: Say hello to the SYM ADXTG 400, an all-new adventure scooter that is ready to conquer Malaysian roads with its dynamic combination of practicality, performance and premium styling. 

Here are the key highlights of the newly-launched SYM ADXTG 400 -

Price and colours 

The SYM ADXTG 400 is priced at RM 29,888 (excluding road tax and insurance). Three available colour options are - Dark Grey, White and Grey.

Design and features

Based on a sturdy frame, the SYM ADXTG 400 features a modern, user-friendly design and comes packed with several advanced features. Key inclusions are - 

• LED headlamps, tail lights, brake lights, and signal indicators
• Adjustable windscreen 
• Smart key system 
• LCD instrument panel with a full transistor ignition system
• Dual handguards 
• 32-litre under-seat storage compartment 

Engine and transmission

The scooter is powered by a 399-cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke liquid-cooled SOHC engine generating a maximum power of 25.7 kW at 7,000 rpm and a peak torque of 37.2 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

With 83mm x 73.8mm bore and stroke, a Closed Loop EFI fuel system, and 10.5:1 compression ratio, the engine delivers responsive and efficient performance in all riding conditions. Mounted in the middle of the vehicle, it also contributes to better stability, particularly over uneven terrain. 

Power is sent to the rear wheel via a CVT gearbox mated to a final chain drive, allowing for effortless riding without manual gear shifts.

Suspension & braking 

The suspension setup comprises a telescopic front fork and a rear monoshock. An underbone steel pipe frame adds to the structural durability and handling precision. 

Handling the braking duties is a 275 mm single disc brake at the front and a 233 mm disc at the rear. For added safety, there is a dual-channel ABS and a Traction Control System.
