Ariic 318 GT scooter launched in Malaysia at RM 22,888

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s rapidly growing scooter industry has welcomed a new Chinese brand Ariic, in association with MForce Bike Holdings. The first Ariic model on sale in the local market is the 318 GT, a 330-cc maxi-scooter packed with luxury features.

The Ariic 318 GT is priced at RM 22,888 (excluding road tax, insurance and registration) in Malaysia. Included in the price is a two-year unlimited mileage warranty, supported by easy access to genuine spare parts through MForce Bike Holdings’ online platform.

The Ariic maxi-scooter is offered in three striking colour options - Matt Grey, Dark Grey, and Matt Black.

Ariic 318 GT engine

At the core of the new Chinese scooter lies a 330-cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine tuned to deliver a maximum power of 27.6 hp at 7,000 rpm and a peak torque of 30.8 Nm at 5,500 rpm. 

The engine comes with an automatic CVT transmission incorporating a dry centrifugal clutch, enabling efficient and automatic power control for a seamless riding experience.

Ariic 318 GT design and features

The ARIIC 318GT has aerodynamic styling, a V-shaped LED headlight, a striking LED strip tail light, and full LED signal and hazard lights. A TFT digital display offers clear and comprehensive information to the rider.

The scooter has a PKE (Passive Keyless Entry) smart key system. It detects the proximity of the smart key and activates accordingly, thus allowing you to start the vehicle without inserting a key or pressing a button.
