Engine and performance
The long-distance sports bike is powered by a 895-cc, two-cylinder, water-cooled engine producing a maximum power of 105 hp at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 93 Nm at 6,750 rpm.

Power is sent to the wheels via a 6-speed constant-mesh gearbox and multi-disc clutch, offering a smooth power delivery. The F 900 XR runs from zero to 100 kmph in 3.6 seconds and clocks a top speed over 200 kmph.
Design and features
The bike features an aerodynamic front fairing, restyled wind deflector, and hand protectors for better touring comfort. Adding to the sportier appeal and aerodynamics is an engine spoiler painted in Racing Blue Metallic colour.
The latest model comes equipped with the Headlight Pro system and new function-integrated turn indicator lights. It rides on lighter 17-inch cast aluminium wheels mated to new torsionally rigid, upside-down telescopic forks with adjustable damping and preload.

The 2025 BMW R 12 nineT boasts a timeless roadster design with a new tubular bridge steel spaceframe for a lighter, cleaner structure. The rear frame is seamlessly attached to the main frame for a minimalist look.
Adding to the premium appeal is an aluminium fuel tank with brushed, clear-coated side panels, a sleek seat and a tail hump. As for improved ergonomics and control, the rider seat is repositioned closer to the handlebars.
