KUALA LUMPUR: BMW Group Malaysia has introduced the all-new BMW R 1300 GS Adventure at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025. Touted as the most refined and capable GS ever built, the latest model redefines the adventure touring experience with its exceptional performance, versatility, and comfort riding.

The bike is powered by a legendary 1,300-cc twin-cylinder boxer engine paired to a new arrangement of the camshaft drive. It kicks out a maximum power of 145 hp from 7,750 rpm and a peak torque of 149 Nm at 6,500 rpm, making it the most powerful BMW boxer engine ever to be produced in series.
Part of the Dynamic Package is the Riding Modes Pro system, which offers different ride modes like Rain, Road, Eco, and Enduro. As for more advanced performance, there are Dynamic, Dynamic Pro, and Enduro Pro modes.

Redesigned chassis
The bike underpins a completely redesigned chassis offering better stability and more precision handling. The framing comprises a steel sheet metal main frame and an aluminium lattice tube rear frame, enhancing rigidity. As for better comfort, performance, and safety, it features adaptive vehicle height control, and Dynamic Suspension Adjustment function.
Advanced lighting technology
The 2025 BMW R 1300 GS Adventure is equipped with Matrix LED headlights consisting a single LED unit for both low and high beams and four additional LED units for the daytime running light and the side light. There are two extra-flat auxiliary LED headlamps integrated into the bike’s bodywork along with newly designed LED turn indicators.
