Ducati Malaysia offers a 3-month warranty extension with 15% discount on spare parts

KUALA LUMPUR: After witnessing the gloomy days for the last few months, the Malaysian auto market is coming back on track with the automakers rolling out attractive promos for the strong ending of the year. Amid this, Ducati Malaysia announced a warranty extension initiative in line with its unwavering commitment to the satisfaction of its customers. It includes a warranty extension of three months for those customers whose warranty periods are ending between August 2021 and September 2021. 

The extension will be provided upon completing a free service inspection that is being offered to check out any maintenance requirement that may have arisen during the MCO period. To arrange complimentary End Of Warranty Inspection, Service, and Extension, the eligible Ducati bike owners need to book a service appointment with their preferred or nearest Ducati Service centre.

The automaker will fix the issue (if any) identified during the inspection within the terms and conditions of the warranty coverage. Besides that, it also offers a 15% discount on spare parts required for non-warrantable issues and regular maintenance. 

Alongside a 15% rebate on spare parts, the Italian marque also offers up to 35% off on Ducati Accessories and Apparel at service centres. These special discounts can be availed of by those customers only who make an appointment before visiting.

Commencing from today, the Ducati warranty extension offer will end on October 15, 2021.
