For buyers looking at the packages themselves, the starting prices are:
| Programme | Coverage | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| BMW Motorrad Service Inclusive | Scheduled maintenance for five years or 50,000 km, whichever comes first | RM3,100 |
| BMW Motorrad Warranty Extension | Two additional years beyond the standard three-year warranty | RM1,000 |
| Combined package | Both service and extended warranty programmes | RM4,100 |
BMSI covers the genuine parts, labour and oil included in scheduled maintenance. Its mileage limit is worth keeping in mind for riders who cover longer distances, as the package ends at 50,000 km even if the motorcycle has yet to reach five years.
BMWE, meanwhile, brings total warranty coverage to five years by adding two years to the standard warranty. Riders can choose either programme individually or take both together, with actual prices depending on the motorcycle model.
Raymond Tan, Managing Director of BMW Group Malaysia, said:
“At BMW Motorrad, our commitment to customers extends far beyond the motorcycle itself. We continuously seek ways to enhance the ownership experience by offering greater peace of mind; care, convenience and confidence throughout every stage of the rider’s journey.”

According to BMW Motorrad Malaysia, the manufacturer-backed programmes are supported through its authorised dealer network worldwide. Servicing and covered repairs use BMW Motorrad Genuine Parts and follow the manufacturer’s prescribed procedures.
The arrangement lets eligible buyers spread the package costs across their monthly repayments. The financing period can extend to seven years, although the service and warranty coverage runs for up to five years, with the service package also subject to its mileage limit.
The full model-specific price list is available on the BMW Motorrad Malaysia website. Buyers can also check package eligibility and financing terms with an authorised BMW Motorrad dealer.
