ZXMOTO Malaysia launches three new bikes - 500F, 500RR and 820RR

The Chinese motorcycle manufacturer ZXMOTO has expanded its lineup in Malaysia with the launch of three new models - 500F, 500RR and 820RR, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the country’s motorcycle industry. Prices are as follows -

ZXMOTO 500F: Key highlights

• The ZXMOTO 500F is a naked bike, inspired by retro-modern styling, tuned for comfortable ergonomics and a more relaxed riding experience.
• It is powered by a 470-cc liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder, DOHC engine that produces a maximum of 73.4 hp at 11,000 rpm and a peak torque of 48 Nm at 9,500 rpm.
• Paired with a 6-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch and quick shifter, the bike goes from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 220 kmph.

• Built on an Integrated steel trellis frame, the ZXMOTO 500F features an aluminium swingarm and rides on 17-inch front and rear wheels with 120/70ZR-17 and rear 180/55ZR-17 tyres.
• The suspension setup comprises a fully adjustable 41 mm inverted fork and a fully adjustable monoshock. Handling the braking duties are dual 300mm front discs with four-piston TAISKO callipers and a single rear disc with two-piston callipers.
• Other key highlights include: signature round LED headlamp, dual-channel ABS with switchable traction control, low seat height (795mm), 4 modes (Beginner, Street, Sport, and Custom), a TFT-LCD instrument panel and a 15-litre fuel tank.
• Available colour choices are - Phantom Black, Crimson Red and Arctic White.

ZXMOTO 500RR: Key highlights

• The ZXMOTO 500RR is a lightweight sportbike that brings serious supersport performance to the streets.
• At its core lies a 470-cc liquid-cooled, inline-four cylinder, DOHC engine that is tuned to deliver 84 hp of maximum power at 13,500 rpm and 46 Nm of peak torque at 11,500 rpm. 
• The engine is paired with a 6-speed transmission and bidirectional quick-shifter, enabling the bike to hit the century sprint in 3.4 seconds and attain a top speed of 235 kmph.
• Built on an integrated steel trellis frame, the ZXMOTO 500RR features an aluminium single-sided swingarm, 41mm fully-adjustable inverted fork, a fully adjustable monoshock and steering damper.

• It rides on 17-inch wheels shod with 120/70 ZR17 and 180/55 ZR17 tyres. The braking setup includes dual 300 mm front discs with four-piston TAISKO callipers and a single rear disc with two-piston callipers.
• Other key features include: front winglets, a ram-air intake system, Cornering ABS, traction control, and launch control, 4 driving modes, a TFT-LCD instrument panel, and a 15-litre fuel tank.
• Available colour choices are - Onyx Black, Nitro Red, and Frost White.

ZXMOTO 820RR: Key highlights

• The ZXMOTO 820RR is a fully-faired high-performance supersport that won back-to-back race victories at the 2026 World Supersport Championship in Portimão.
• It is powered by an 819-cc liquid-cooled, DOHC three-cylinder engine kicking out a maximum power of 135 hp at 12,000 rpm and a peak torque of 80 Nm at 9,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and two-way quickshifter.
• The bike features an aluminium perimeter frame with adjustable ride height, an aluminium swingarm and an aluminium exhaust system. 

• The suspension duties are taken care of by a fully adjustable inverted fork at the front and a fully adjustable KYB monoshock. As for braking, there are 320 mm dual floating front discs with four-piston callipers and a 220 mm fixed rear disc with two-piston callipers.
• Other key highlights include - five riding modes, traction control, launch control, cruise control, lap timer, 17-inch wheels, dual-channel ABS, smart key system, aerodynamic winglets and a 6.2-inch TFT panel meter.
• Available colour choices are - Eclipse Black, Rebel Red and Ghost White.
