Aveta opens a new Technical Service Centre in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: Aveta Malaysia has opened a new Technical Service Centre in Selangor to strengthen its after-sales support network across the country. The new facility is designed to provide efficient and more professional technical support for Aveta and Peugeot motorcycle owners nationwide.

What does Aveta Technical Service Centre offer? 

Unlike conventional service centres that handle basic repairs and schedule maintenance, the HQ-led technical facility manages major repairs, technical rectification, advanced diagnostics, and warranty-related cases, which need specialist attention and cannot be resolved at the dealer level. Key functions include:

• Advanced diagnostics and technical troubleshooting
• Major repair works and technical rectification
• Warranty-related repairs, particularly unresolved dealer-level cases
• Engineering-led support for escalated service matters

The facility houses a fully fitted workshop with dedicated service bays and a customer lounge, where customers can wait comfortably while their bikes are being serviced. 

The new Technical Service Centre will work in conjunction with Aveta Care On Wheels (ACOW) mobile aftersales service programme that provides support for customers in covered regions. The automaker recently expanded the reach of this programme and integrated selected Preferred Plus dealers with it to reduce waiting time, improve responsiveness, and enhance service accessibility.

Operating hours	Monday to Thursday - 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (Lunch Break: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM) Friday - 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (Lunch Break: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM)
