Plenty of power, amazing looks
During a monsoon week, I had to continue commuting through waterlogged city streets, which seemed to be a big challenge. The Honda CBR650R’s excellent ground clearance made an immense difference. Where smaller scooters stalled or sputtered, the CBR650R remained composed. I can’t stop appreciating the tightly sealed switches and waterproof ignition. I did not find the traction to be compromised, and the automatic transmission ensured in uncertain grip conditions, I never have to feather a clutch. Despite water droplets, the LCD dash stayed readable, and even on wet roads, the brakes gave good bite.
