2021 Honda Forza 750 launched with DCT 6-speed gearbox

KUALA LUMPUR: Honda has been teasing the arrival of its new Maxi-scooter, the Forza 750 for a while and now it has finally launched it for the European market. The new Honda scooter featuring attractive styling and sporty handling is basically a revamped blend of Integra and X-ADV scooters. 

With a striking design, the new Forza looks pretty good, no matter which angle you see. Built on a steel frame and packed in a sophistically-styled body, it comes with full-LED lighting, smart features, and lots of space.

Powering the 2021 Honda Forza 750 is the same 745cc SOHC 8-valve Euro-5 engine available on the Integra and X-ADV. Although it has been tuned for higher output and more comfortable riding. It makes 58.6 PS of maximum power at 6,750 rpm and a peak torque of 69 Nm at 4,750 rpm. For transmission duties, there is a six-speed DCT gearbox that offers an option of automatic gear shifting. The ride by wire technology further makes the shifts smoother. 

The scooter equips a 13.2-litre fuel tank providing an estimated driving range of 370 km, and regarding the fuel consumption, it is claimed to get 28 kmpl.

2021 Honda Forza 750 is available in four color choices - Jeans Blue Metallic, Matt Beta Silver Metallic, Candy Chromosphere Red, and Graphite Black.

The scooter rides on larger wheels on both sides - 17-inch front and 15-inch rear enhancing the stability in all conditions. The suspension setup comprises an upside down fork in front and a pro-link aluminum swingarm in the rear. At the front, braking is done with twin radially mounted four-piston calipers grabbing 310 mm discs, while at the back, a 240 mm brake disc and single-piston caliper are used.

Being a global model, the new Honda Forza 750 is expected to arrive in other markets soon.
