A small and stylish SUV
I spent months trying to decide which SUV to buy which was a difficult process keeping in mind that I did not have a very lavish budget. After months of consulting and researching, I brought home the Mitsubishi ASX and it has been a pleasant 3 years riding it around. While most small SUVs aim for a stylish and compact exterior, the ASX has taken a different route and it looks big, bulky and like an old-school SUV. My wife and I both loved how the interiors look and feel owing to a simple and clean layout where the touchscreen stands out in the centre. There are splashes of silver and glossy black that make the car stand out and lend a luxurious appeal to the Mitsubishi ASX. The only problem in the interiors that I noticed was that some of the materials used felt old-fashioned, especially the rippled rubber-plastic lining the dash. Also, The switchgear in the cabin looks very old-school as well. On a good note, the cabin is very roomy with 2 cup holders separating the front seats.
