Thanks to this road presence, the Nissan Almera has got the aura of a ‘big car’ which a person generally upgrading from a compact hatchback to a sedan demands from his new bigger car.

Thanks to a much longer wheelbase, the Nissan Almera offers best in class rear seat experience, which some of the sedans from one category could also not provide. With great legroom and knee room and good under-thigh support, the rear passengers are being offered good comfort levels in the Almera.

With a bigger focus on comfort for the passengers, the Nissan Almera also is praiseworthy for the plush ride quality it offers. The suspension is on a softer side, which works wonders while driving over broken sections of the tarmac.

Features like LEDs and a modern touch screen infotainment system are some things which are considered a necessity in a sedan, and the Nissan Almera lacks a number of them.

The 1.5-litre petrol engine in the Nissan Almera lacks the punch and feels dull when revved hard. The engine gets its job done, but the driving enthusiasts might not be impressed with its boring power delivery.
