2018 Honda Forza 125 gets cosmetic & convenience updates
KUALA LUMPUR: The popular maxi-scooter, the Forza 125, from the fleet of the Japanese bike manufacturer gets visual enhancements and feature additions for 2018. The new additions are confined to Europe though.

The 2018 Forza 125 gets design revisions in the form of LED indicators, new colors, and a new instrumentation panel that consists of an analog speedometer and tachometer along with a digital display for other essential readouts. The scooter comes with three different riding modes allowing the rider to control according to his mood or style of riding.

In addition, the updated Forza 125 gets an electrically adjustable windscreen and an improved under seat storage. The scooter gets a switch on the handlebar to control the windscreen as well as the digital display on the instrument console. The space underneath the seat has been enhanced considerably and now it can store two full-face helmets. There is an optional smart key operated 45-litre top box for carrying additional stuff, which certainly makes it up for a comfortable ride.
What hasn't changed on the new Forza 125 is its chassis and the engine. The 2018 Forza 125 continues to draw power from a 125cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine that produces 14.95 PS of max power at 8750 rpm and 12.5 Nm of peak torque at 8250 rpm. It clocks a top speed of 108 kmph.
Having introduced back in 2015, the Honda Forza 125 has garnered immense praise in the European market. A total of 30,000 units have been sold by Honda since its inception, which is incredible. Not sure if we’d see the revised Forza 125 coming to Malaysia. The chances remain bleak.
