With business performance already doubling in the past year, the company is investing heavily in dealer infrastructure and aftersales support to ensure improved accessibility and reliability for its customers.
A tiered dealer structure
The Preferred Dealers’ Program introduces a new tiered system comprising Preferred Dealers and Preferred Plus Dealers, designed to create a consistent and worry-free ownership experience for riders. Both levels are supported by professional aftersales care and standardised service quality.
“Malaysia’s motorcycle market has rebounded strongly, with sales surpassing 720,000 units in 2022 and a projected CAGR of around 3.5% through 2030, as consumers increasingly favour efficient, mid-capacity bikes,” said Steven Lim, Group Managing Director of Aveta Malaysia.
Aveta’s vehicle registrations have tripled since the introduction of the Nova 160 and Vanguard 250, reflecting growing demand in this segment. “Given East Malaysia’s importance as our largest market, expanding our dealer and service network in Sabah and Sarawak is not just desirable, but essential,” Lim added.

Under the new structure:
-
Preferred Dealers will focus on key Aveta models for specific market segments.
-
Preferred Plus Dealers will run certified service centres with trained mechanics and specialised Aveta-supplied tools for reliable aftersales care.
-
The Elite Centre (Flagship Store) will act as a one-stop hub for sales, service, and parts — featuring Aveta’s complete product line-up and full brand experience.
Preferred Plus Dealers and Elite Centres will also receive access to exclusive Aveta models, recognising their contribution to the brand’s expanding distribution network.

The opening of the first Elite Centre in Sabah marks a major milestone in bringing premium service and ownership experiences closer to customers in the region. The company plans to address long-standing service gaps by expanding the number of Preferred Dealers and service centres in Sabah and Sarawak, ensuring better coverage and faster support for customers.
Aveta also plans to roll out the Preferred Dealers’ Program in stages, with 30 appointed Preferred Dealers by the end of 2025, and an expanded target of 50 by the end of 2026.
“The Preferred Dealers’ Program reflects Aveta’s commitment to putting customers first while rewarding dealers who share the same vision of growth and service excellence,” said Lim.
Through this initiative, Aveta aims to build long-term partnerships founded on trust, accountability, and shared growth, while giving riders across Malaysia a more unified and dependable ownership experience.
