Honda launches CBR1000RR Fireblade, PCX Hybrid, and Forza at 2018 KLIMS
KUALA LUMPUR: The 2018 Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show has seen a lot of excitement already with a lot of debuts and displays. Making the event more exciting, Honda has launched the new CBR1000RR Fireblade, PCX Hybrid and the Forza. And with the introduction of the superbike and scooters, the company has clocked a total of 12 models launches (both new and updates) in the country this year.

The Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade is a legendary name in the country and has been given a price tag of RM 91,999 and is marketed with the caption “Next Stage Total Control”. It has been built with a great emphasis on the aerodynamics. Under the hood, it is powered by a 999 cc four-cylinder engine that can make a maximum power of 189 hp at 13,000 rpm along with a peak torque of 114 Nm at 11,000 rpm.

The second on the list is the PCX Hybrid, which has 150 cc engine with liquid-cooling that can make a maximum power of 15 hp at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 13.2 Nm at 6,500 rpm. On the other hand, the lithium-ion battery-powered electric motor can make another 1.9 hp power and 4.3 Nm of torque. It has been given a price tag of RM 13,499.

The third model to be launched by Honda at the KLIMS 2018 is the Forza scooter at a price tag of RM 30,999. It has a 279 cc single-cylinder engine under the hood that can make a maximum power of 24.8 hp at 7,000 rpm along with a peak torque of 27.2 Nm at 5,750 rpm.
All the three new models would be available across the entire country. The price figures do not include the registration, insurance and road tax.
