2026 Suzuki V-Strom 1050 launched in Malaysia at RM 78,900

KUALA LUMPUR: Suzuki’s adventure touring motorcycle, the V-Strom 1050, has received an update for the model year 2026 in Malaysia. The upgraded model comes in new colours and graphics, giving riders more ways to express their style. 

2026 Suzuki V-Strom 1050: New colours, greater value 

This bold adventurer tourer is now offered in three striking finishes - 

• Metallic Oort Gray
• Metallic Mat Steel Green
• Glass Sparkle Black

More than just a new look, this update brings even greater value for Malaysian riders. The upgraded Suzuki V-Strom 1050 is priced at RM 78,900 (excluding road tax, insurance, and registration). With every purchase, you get a Suzuki Genuine Aluminium Side Panniers Set (Silver), adding practicality and touring capability for long-distance comfort. 

2026 Suzuki V-Strom 1050: Specifications 

The new V-Strom 1050 remains unchanged in terms of specifications. It is powered by the same 1,037-cc liquid-cooled V-twin engine that generates a maximum power of 105.5 hp at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 100 Nm at 8,000 rpm. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a quick-shifter-equipped 6-speed gearbox and a chain final drive system.

The bike rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, wrapped with 110/90 and 150/70 tyres. respectively. As for the suspension, it features upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock. The braking setup comprises dual 310 mm disc brakes with radial-mount callipers at the front and a single 260 mm disc brake at the rear.
