The motorcycle comes in a single variant and in three color options including Black, Millenium Red, and Lemon Ice Yellow. The bike is priced at RM 20,700. It is powered by a single-cylinder DOHC, four-valve, 250 cc engine which is paired to a six-speed gearbox. The engine makes 27.08 hp of power and 23.2 Nm of torque. Key rivals of the CBR250R are the Yamaha YZF-R25 and the Kawasaki Ninja 250.
