KUALA LUMPUR: On the holy occasion of Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Proton has announced a rather unique promo called the Raya Additional Data Promotion. Under this particular offer, the buyers will be awarded 50 percent additional data on topping up.

Here is what the Proton Raya promo has to offer -

For buyers purchasing the RM 8, 1 GB data plan will get 500 MB free. On 3 GB option that costs RM 21, you’ll get additional 15 GB, and lastly, on opting for the RM 30 costing 5 GB plan owners will get extra 7.5 MB data free.

The question is how one becomes eligible for the offer. Well, it is only applicable to the cars that are fitted with the brand’s latest touchscreen head unit, the Geely’s GKUI system. Thus, making all the models of X70, range-topping Persona trim, top Iriz variant, and recently launched Exora Premium on board.

It is to be noted that on all the model mentioned above, the company already offers 1 GB data free per month. This promo will benefit those owners who require a little more data. These data packs can be purchased via Proton Link app available on the X70, for the rest of the models, go to the MyProton app.

Note that the promo starts today, i.e., May 29 and will end on July 5 at 5 PM.
