All-new 2022 Honda ADV 350 coming soon to Thailand

KUALA LUMPUR: Honda will soon introduce the all-new ADV 350 in the Thai market, thus giving us a slight hope of the arrival of the scooter in Malaysia as well. Though nothing can be said for sure as there is no official word from the company.

Coming back to what’s happening, word on the world wide web is that the new Honda ADV 350 is scheduled to enter the Thai market in upcoming months, March 2022 to be precise.

We first got a glimpse of Honda’s new offering, the ADV 350, at the EICMA show 2021. Post that Honda sure got quite on the update of any sorts, however, it’s all about to change now.

Let’s now check out the upcoming Honda ADV 350’s details -

Based on Honda Forza 350, the all-new Honda ADV 350 is powered by the same eSP+ powerplant as the former, however with a twist. Also, compared to Forza 350, the ADV 350 offers better ground clearance.

Elaborating on the engine configuration, powering the ADV 350 is a 330 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled mill with fuel injection. With a maximum power output of 28.9 hp, the engine comes with Honda’s Smart Power + with Honda’s Selectable Torque Control.

On the handling side, it gets a 37 mm Showa upside-down front fork along with twin Showa rear shocks.

That’s not all, the improvements continue on the amenities front as well with the new ADV 350 getting a height-adjustable windshield, a full LCD display screen, LED lights, and hand guards.

Also part of the list is a USB Type C charging connector, RoadSync smartphone connectivity that displays key information from the smartphone to LCD screen, and an HSTC system.

Honda is reported to offer the ADV 350 in three striking colour options namely, Mat Carnelian Red Metallic, Spangle Silver Metallic, and Mat Carbonic Gray Metallic.

When will the new ADV 350 arrive in Malaysia?

As mentioned though there is no official word from Honda yet, it would be a fairly good time for Boon Siew Honda to fill in the gap between ADV 150 and ADV 750.
