KUALA LUMPUR: Boon Siew Honda has taken a significant step in strengthening its after-sales ecosystem in Malaysia with the opening of a new Centralised Spare Parts warehouse. Located in Batu Kawan, Penang, the new facility aims to support the brand’s nationwide dealer network and growing customer base more effectively.

    • The facility helps in improving inventory accuracy, handling efficiency, and coordination across procurement, logistics, and after-sales functions, which results in enhancing parts availability and supporting timely distribution to over 114 Honda Impian X and 7 Honda BigWing dealerships nationwide. 
    • Developed in line with Honda’s global logistics benchmarks, the new BSH warehouse is built to support projected demand growth through 2031.
    • It has achieved Green Building Index (GBI) certification, which reflects the company’s commitment to sustainable operations.

    Upon opening the new warehouse, Kunitomo Asano, Managing Director and CEO of Boon Siew Honda, said: “The introduction of our new Spare Parts Warehouse is a strategic step in strengthening our after-sales foundation in Malaysia. As our network continues to grow, it is essential that our infrastructure evolves to support both our dealers and customers more effectively. This facility enhances our operational efficiency, improves parts readiness, and enables us to deliver a higher standard of service experience.”
