Lambretta X300 GT and G350 Series II launched in Malaysia - From RM27k

KUALA LUMPUR:  Lambretta Malaysia has officially introduced two new scooters at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025: the X300 GT and the G350 Series II. With their signature Italian flair and modern-retro appeal, both models are now available nationwide, bringing more variety to Malaysia’s premium scooter segment.

The brand also previewed two upcoming additions – the fully electric Elettra and the new J200 ‘Starwave’ – both scheduled to launch in 2026.

The Lambretta X300 GT (Grand Touring) is designed for riders who appreciate classic aesthetics paired with long-distance capability. It features a reimagined seat and a redesigned rear carrier, allowing for better practicality whether for daily use or weekend trips.

Adding to its styling are premium steel side panels with a checkerboard logo and a distinct model-specific front shield.

Lighting is another standout. The full LED setup includes hexagonal-shaped headlights and tail lights, with Lambretta’s IFS (Integrated Function Signals) combining turn signals, emergency flashers, and brake lights into a single, distinctive light cluster.

Riders will also find a TFT digital display with smartphone compatibility and five customisable themes.

The X300 GT is powered by a 275cc Lambretta Super Performance (LSP) engine, delivering responsive urban and touring performance. Suspension duties are handled by a Double Arm-Link setup with 7-step preload adjustment, matched with a dual-channel ABS system for added confidence on the road.

As for the G350 Series II, the model retains the iconic Lambretta silhouette while refining the overall finish. A new side badge adds subtle visual differentiation, while the full LED lighting and signature hexagonal lamps remain as trademarks of the series.

The glovebox now includes a discreet USB port, a small but welcome addition for riders who want to keep devices charged on the go.

Performance is supported by a double arm-link front suspension and an ABS braking system, ensuring a smooth and controlled ride. The model balances retro design with just enough modern practicality for daily use.

Lambretta also teased what’s to come for the Malaysian market in 2026. The Elettra, the brand’s first fully electric scooter, made its local preview at the show.

With a futuristic design combining sharp lines up front and a rounded rear, the Elettra also features an integrated digital instrument cluster and a unique tail light with the Lambretta logo embedded within.

Meanwhile, the J200 ‘Starwave’ revives the J-series heritage with a modern twist. The new model is highly customisable, offering interchangeable stripes, mudguards, and even a detachable body component that transforms into a stylish bag – a feature designed to appeal to younger, design-conscious riders.
