A plug-in hybrid electric vehicle
The Chery Tiggo 9 PHEV is a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle that comes with a wealth of upmarket inclusions. Under the hood, it comes with a 2.0-liter direct-injected turbocharged engine that generates a systems output of 238hp and 385Nm of torque. The power delivery is managed by an Aisin eight-speed automatic transmission and in 4.5 seconds it can easily accelerate from 0 to 100kph when the 165kW electric motor kicks in. When it comes to fuel economy, the Chery Tiggo 9 PHEV claims to offer more than 1,200km (WLTC) of range.
