Best Volkswagen dealership in Malaysia is Lee Motors Autohaus

KUALA LUMPUR: Volkswagen Passengers Cars Malaysia has recently announced the Dealership Awards 2021, which recognises the dealers' efforts committed to delivering excellent sales and aftersales experiences to the end consumers. 

The annual awards show judges the dealer's achievements and efforts in terms of sales, aftersales, marketing, customer satisfaction, and human resources qualification. This year, VPCM has also added one more category to the list, and that is Das WeltAuto. It measures the performance of pre-owned vehicle activities with their adherence to standards and processes. 

For the unacquainted, Volkswagen Malaysia commenced Das WeltAuto in 2019, offering the customers an option to buy certified pre-owned Volkswagen cars with confidence and peace of mind. Currently, a total of 9 Volkswagen dealerships nationwide run this programme.

Star of the year

With the above list, it is pretty clear that the star of the year is Lee Motors Autohaus (Volkswagen Alor Setar) as it won excellence in two out of 4 categories. While appreciating the winner, VPCM said the team has not only met the expectations but also went beyond that. 

With the help of creative and well-executed campaigns, it managed to hit a solid sales target, while its top-notch service helped it achieve excellent customer satisfaction results.

Volkswagen Dealership Awards 2021 were presented by Erik Winter, the company's Managing Director, Deenan Nadar, Aftersales Director, and Lee Wen Hsiang, Head of Sales & Das WeltAuto.
