KUALA LUMPUR: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has unveiled its new "Retail of the Future" agency model, making Malaysia the first country in Southeast Asia and the 10th country in the world to adopt the new sales model.

    Mercedes-Benz's retail partners will act as brand ambassadors offering customers a luxurious experience in their retail network. They will continue to offer a range of services including vehicle sales, flexible financing options, maintenance and repair services, genuine parts availability, and warranty support.

    This model also gives the customers the flexibility to switch between Mercedes-Benz's retail network and the brand's store, allowing them to share their insights with authorised agents or product experts in person and finalise their purchase contracts or obtain information online according to their preferences.
