The center console, despite having a touch screen infotainment system, looks pretty dated in its visual appeal.

On the outside too, the Perodua Axia fails to generate a very strong first impression. The little hatchback looks a bit dated, and the rear and side profiles of the car look very plain in general, which could have had a bit more visual drama.
