New Boon Siew Honda sales headquarters opens in Kota Damansara

KUALA LUMPUR: Boon Siew Honda has taken a significant step toward strengthening its local ecosystem by opening a new Sales Headquarters. Located in Kota Damansara, the new Honda facility aims to improve operational efficiency, enhance dealer support, and coordinate among its business divisions.

• Serving as the company’s central hub for sales, marketing, and after-sales services, the new facility covers a total floor area of 650 square metres. It will support the company’s operations across the central region of Peninsular Malaysia.

• The integrated facility is a centralised operations hub, where multiple departments are brought together for improved communication, coordination, and overall efficiency, leading to faster decision-making.
• The centre has dedicated office spaces, meeting rooms, and collaborative work areas for campaign planning, media engagement, dealer development, and after-sales support initiatives.
• It also features two dedicated training rooms and a well-equipped technical centre, providing continuous training for staff and authorised Honda dealers. 
• The new Honda facility will also serve as a dedicated warranty parts support centre, helping streamline after-sales services and improve parts availability across the brand’s nationwide dealer network.

Upon opening the new sales headquarters, Boon Siew Honda Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Kunitomo Asano said, the facility brings the company’s key teams together in one location and will enhance day-to-day operations.

“The three teams inside this building talk to each other every day. Now they can do it in the same corridor rather than across a phone call. That is not a small thing when the pace of what we do demands that kind of speed,” he added.

The opening of the new sales headquarters is part of the automaker’s broader infrastructure expansion strategy that reflects its continued commitment to building a stronger ecosystem. Earlier this year, the company opened a new centralised spare parts warehouse in Penang, followed by the launch of Malaysia’s largest Honda Impian X centre in Nilai.
