2026 Honda ADV160 launched in Malaysia with Honda RoadSync connectivity

KUALA LUMPUR: Boon Siew Honda recently introduced the all-new ADV160 during the Malaysia Bike Show 2026 at MAEPS, Serdang. The popular adventure-style scooter is offered in two versions: the ADV160 Honda RoadSync and the ADV160 ABS. Available colour options and prices are as follows -

Included in the price is a 2-year or 20,000km manufacturing warranty (whichever comes first) that ensures a worry-free ownership experience.

2026 Honda ADV160: Engine and transmission

Both variants of the scooter are powered by the same 157cc, Enhanced Smart Power+ (eSP+) engine as before. The said engine delivers a maximum power of 15.82 hp at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 14.7 Nm at 6,500 rpm. Power is sent to the rear wheel via a CVT gearbox and a belt drive system.

2026 Honda ADV160: Design and features

The rugged adventure-inspired design of the scooter remains largely unchanged, with new revised body panels for a fresher appearance. 

In terms of features, the biggest highlight is the introduction of Honda RoadSync connectivity. It offers seamless smartphone connection, enabling riders to access navigation, calls, music, and message notifications; all displayed directly on the 5-inch TFT meter cluster.

Other key features include - 

• Honda Selectable Torque Control: It helps maintain traction on slippery surfaces
• Anti-lock Braking System: It provides controlled braking in various conditions
• Adjustable windscreen: It offers one-finger adjustment for highway cruising or off-road riding
• LED lighting system: It improves visibility with a modern, rugged look
• Honda Smart Key System: It includes an anti-theft alarm and an answer-back function
• USB Type-C charging port conveniently located in the console box
• 30 litres of under-seat storage, which is spacious enough for a full-face helmet and daily essentials
• Rear suspension with SHOWA Subtank, which delivers a smoother, more comfortable ride
• 350 km fuel range, enough to cover Kuala Lumpur to Penang on a single tank

The all-new Honda ADV160 will be available at all Honda Impian X and authorised dealerships nationwide, starting from June 11, 2026.
