Efficient but has a long wait time at the service centre

What can you say about this? I am not really happy with the way things are going with BMW. First of all they sell an uber expensive car. Then they don’t stock parts. The service is pathetic. Being owning this super car from almost three years now and every visit to the service centre is a nightmare. The car is most of the time lying there waiting for one part or the other. On the good side, it’s an attention seeker. Everything seems gimmicky to the onlookers. The efficiency has so far been good. But neither me nor BMW have an idea of what to do with the old battery once its dead. BMW says they haven’t had to replace it yet and research is still going on.
