All the variants come with the same engine choices, but you can still choose from a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic for the base model. The mileage offered by the efficient engine is something that can excite us. While testing the model under the New European Driving Cycle it was tested that the engine is refined enough to offer 16.67 kmpl for the automatic and 17.5 kmpl for the manual. The car comes with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, and ISOFIX. With limited safety features, Proton Ertiga fails to receive a five-star rating in the ASEAN NCAP. On the feature list is a reverse sensor standard across base variants that lets you park safely. In today’s world, this safety rating will not be appreciated by many when there are so many other models of the same segment that offer a considerable amount of safety features.
