Isuzu D-MAX Bangkok to Singapore in a single tank

A rally of four Isuzu D-Max trucks today completed their journey successfully from Bangkok to Singapore in a single tank, this means 1809 km journey in a fuel tank capacity of 76 litres to be precise. Isuzu has now bettered its own record of 1600 km journey completion from Bangkok to Melaka. This convoy consisted of a 2.5-litre manual, a 2.5-litre auto, a 3.0-litre manual and a 3.0-litre auto variant in its line-up, the air-conditioning was turned on throughout the ride and all the vehicles consisted of a 4x4 drivetrain.

This journey began at Isuzu Ung Nguan Tai dealership in Bangkok and ended its run at Singapore Discovery Centre. This journey was supervised by AAM (Automobile Association of Malaysia)'s officer who also checked if the vehicles were according to the specifications of the manufacturer.
